That calling led him to a pivotal decision: stepping away from his executive role in pharmacy to launch The Dean Agency, a Medicare-focused agency built on trust, transparency, and results.

Desiree Shamsedean was born and raised in  Michigan, where her passion for healthcare and helping others took root early in life. She pursued her academic and professional aspirations at Ferris State University College of Pharmacy, where she earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy.

With over 10 years of experience in the pharmacy field, Desiree has established herself as a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professional. Her clinical expertise is matched by a deep sense of empathy and dedication to the well-being of her clients. She has built a reputation for delivering patient-centered care, always taking the time to understand each individual's unique needs and health goals.

In recent years, Desiree has focused her efforts on guiding seniors who are turning 65 through the process of enrolling in Medicare for the first time. She is known for her clear, patient-centered approach that helps individuals understand their options and confidently choose the coverage that best fits their health and financial needs. Her background in pharmacy allows her to offer a uniquely informed perspective on prescription coverage and chronic condition management.

Desiree shares both a personal and professional partnership with her husband, Shadi Shamsedean, a fellow Doctor of Pharmacy and health advocate. Together, they are proud parents of two children and are united by a shared mission to improve the health and lives of those they serve.

Whether in a clinical setting or in her community, Desiree continues to make a meaningful impact through her commitment to excellence, integrity, and heartfelt service.

 Anthony Brooks was born in Michigan, where his roots in the community have shaped his genuine and approachable style. As a licensed insurance agent, Anthony brings a laid-back, no-pressure approach to helping seniors understand and select the Medicare plan options that are right for them. Clients often appreciate his honesty, clarity, and the fact that he's "totally not a salesman"—just someone who truly wants to help.

In addition to his work in Medicare, Anthony is also a trained medical professional. He holds a Pharmacy Technician License, giving him practical insight into prescription drug coverage and medication needs that many seniors face. This background allows him to provide informed, thoughtful guidance when reviewing Medicare Part D plans or integrated prescription benefits.

Committed to lifelong learning and broadening his expertise, Anthony is currently pursuing a degree in finance, further equipping him to help clients make informed decisions that align with both their healthcare and financial goals.
